One of the best sources of protein come from lentils, lentils are an amazing food in the vegan diet. They can be prepared many different ways but one of my favorites is lentil soup. I’ve prepared this recipe for lentil soup using Campbell’s condensed soup as the base and then adding some nice ingredients to make it dish you will want every night.

In A Rush Lentil Soup
Sometimes we just don't have time to stop and prepare a meal. You may find yourself often grabbing something fast and so healthy. Here is a recipe I put together that's fast east and tastes great. I call it in a rush lentil soup because you can prepare it quite fast. The base is believe it or not a can of Campbell's Soup.
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together and bring to a boil, then simmer for a minute. The use of vegetable broth over water adds a great flavor to the soup. Canned condensed soup does not have to taste so bad it just needs a little dressing up. Serve this soup to a friend and they will swear you prepared it from scratch.
